How to Buy
Simply browse the store using the Collections links on
the left. You can browse thumbnails of each Collection
and click each one for a more details view and details.
If you would like to buy a garment just select your size
and colour and click the ‘Buy’ button.
When you’ve finished shopping simply click the
Checkout button to give us your delivery address and
payment details.
Delivery Information
All orders are shipped from the UK (unless otherwise
stated) by Royal Mail ‘Signed For’
service. This means that there must be someone
available at the delivery address to sign for
your parcel. We can even delivery to your office
or workplace if preferred.
If you’re not in when your parcel is delivered,
the carrier will leave you a card informing you that
delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions
on how to obtain your parcel. (May not apply in certain
Countries).
We endeavour to process, pack and ship your order within
72 hours of receipt however, delivery times vary
depending on the postal service and may take up
to three weeks. However, special orders and bespoke
work will have delivery timescales quoted at the
point of order.
Returns Policy
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any
way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered
(including Sale items), we will exchange them
or give you a full refund for the items*, provided
that you return them to us in their original condition
and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels
intact.
*Delivery charges will not be refunded in the
case of a return. However, should you request
replacements for returned items, you will not
be charged again for delivery. All replacement
items are shipped via standard delivery. Express
delivery of replacements may be requested at the
time of return and the difference will be charged
to your card.
Please ensure that briefs/boxers/g-strings/wraps/swimwear
etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We
reserve the right to refuse returns of items where
it is apparent that this has not been done.
Certain products are also excluded from our general
returns policy for hygiene reasons - this will
be indicated with the product information for
these items on our website. These conditions do
not affect your statutory rights.
Return Postage
If you are returning a non-faulty item to us for
a refund, then the cost of returning the item
to us is your responsibility. Please note, the
item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
For your own protection, we recommend that you
send the parcel using a delivery service that
insures you for the value of the goods.
Refunds – Faulty or Wrong Item
Sent
If the item you received is faulty or is not what
you originally ordered, please e-mail returns@qz-online.com
quoting your order number, your name and address,
details of the product and the reason for return,
and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the
return.
Please allow 2 working days from receipt of a
return for us to process a refund. Once a refund
is processed you will receive an email confirming
this (the email will be sent to the same email
address as your order confirmation email was sent).
After receiving the return confirmation email,
please allow a further 5-10 working days for the
refund to be credited to your account.
This time frame is dictated by your bank or card
issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund
will be credited to the same card with which you
made your original purchase. If for any reason
this is not possible, (i.e. the card had been
declined or has expired) we will send a cheque
to your billing address.

of all or any substantial part of the Material
in any form is prohibited except that individual
users may print or save portions of the Material
for their own personal use. This licence does
not permit users to incorporate the Material or
any substantial part of it in any other work or
publication, whether in hard copy or electronic
or any other form. In particular (but without
limitation) no substantial part of the Material
may be distributed or copied for any commercial
purpose.
No part of the web site may be reproduced on
or transmitted to or stored in any other web site
or other electronic retrieval system.
Should you wish to use our images for commercial
use
• We need the following additional information:
• What image you would like to use
• Publication date and circulation
• Medium in which to use the QZ image/s,
i.e. print, brochures, leaflets, billboards, television
etc.
• Print run and/or frequency
• Which country or countries you want to
run the campaign in
If we have no objection, you will receive a permission

Registering
You’ll need to tell us a few things about
yourself as well as the address where your credit
card is registered to and where you want your
order delivered (if different). Our store is an
SSL-secured website (Secure Sockets Layer) which
means your personal details are completely safe
and secure.
Then, once you’ve checked all your details
are correct, just enter your credit or debit card
details, press 'complete order' and you’re
done! We'll send you an email to confirm your
order details.
Your credit card number is NOT stored on our
server or database, so even in the unlikely event
that our security was ever breached your credit
card number would not be compromised.
Security
We utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer
(SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of
potentially sensitive information such as your
name, address and other critically sensitive information
like your credit card details. Information passed
between your computer and our Web site cannot
be read in the event someone else intercepts it.
This technology includes the following features:
Authentication – this assures your browser
that your data is being sent to the correct computer
server, and that the server is secure.
Encryption – this encodes the data, so that
it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure
server.
Data Integrity – this checks the data being
transferred to ensure it has not been altered.
Disclaimer
Availability
Although we do everything in our power to ensure
the content of the website is current, occasionally
items may be out of stock. If any part of your
order is unavailable, we will email to inform
you and your card will only be debited the amount
of the available items.
Colours
We do our best to accurately represent the items
in our photography. However, as we have no control
over our customers’ monitor settings (colours,
resolution, etc.) we cannot guarantee colours
will be exactly as they appear on our website.
Furthermore, some of the items we sell have a
‘vintage’ or ‘distressed’
finish which commonly have some variety in production.
