GARMENT:
Why should I pay more than a normal pair of brand underwear?
We, at QZ, put the focus on the quality of the garment and the materials we use. For example with our Couture Ranges as well as the TATTOO and CLUB ranges all the Cotton/Lycra garments are made with the best cotton and authentic Lycra which can withstand ordinary washing powders which break down Elasthan used in most of our competitors’ garments. Further to this we have used an environmentally friendly bio polish which means that you will not see a forest of fibres on the garments thus reducing fluff. Will the Crystal and Metal transfers fall off? Should I be afraid?
All transfers are made with Swarovski CRYSTALLIZED™ – elements which means that the transfers are thoroughly tested and even after 5 years of use they will still stay on and sparkle as they did the first day you opened the box of QZ goodies. We have a special authorisation from Swarovski – and if you are ever in doubt of the authenticity of the Swarovski Crystal / Metal elements ask the brand for their Authorisation number and check with Swarovski as we have experienced many times that brands even well known brands claim do not have the authorisation to use the Swarovski Hall mark so you cannot be sure if it is Swarovski or not. It is VERY important that you follow the care instructions and that you wash all garments inside out!

Should I wash the garments by hand?
There is absolutely no need to wash your QZ products by hand – in fact your washing machine are in many cases more gentle than when washed by hand – so we recommend that you always use your washing machine but using a washing bag with the garment turned inside out together with a colour detergent (no optical white ingredients!!)

All orders are shipped from Denmark by QZ DK

Do I have to pay duties when I buy from abroad?
Important: Shipments made outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
When will my order be shipped?
All garments are specially finished with transfers and checked before they leave – so we aim to send the following day or within 3 working days. If there is a delay or back order we will let you know.
